Spaying & Neutering

Harmony Animal Wellness is a full-service veterinary clinic. We will spay or neuter your pet, and with every spay or neuter we provide the following services at no extra cost to you:
  • Pre-Anesthesia Bloodwork - We believe that it is safest for every animal, regardless of age, to have their blood checked for any abnormality prior to undergoing a procedure that requires anesthesia. We include pre-anesthesia bloodwork with our surgical procedures because we want to do everything possible to ensure your pet's safety.
  • Pre-Surgery Physical Exam - We will check your pet's heart and lungs, hydration, perfusion and general overall physical health.
  • Reiki - Reiki promotes a sense of well-being and calm. We offer Reiki to every animal before, during and after undergoing a surgical procedure in our office.
  • Top-quality anesthetic - We use the most modern and safest anesthetics available. We use the minimum appropriate amount of anesthetics, so that your pet will wake up faster and better oriented to their surroundings.
  • Pulse Oximeter Monitoring - We monitor your pet's heart rate and oxygen levels during surgery. Our pulse oximeter monitor keeps us alert to the slightest changes in our patient, allowing us to maintain the most appropriate level of anesthesia.
  • Personal Attention During Recovery - We sit with or hold your animal while they wake up from the anesthetic, providing Reiki and assuring that they are as calm as possible and that they aren't alone.
  • Pain Medication - We provide each and every surgical patient with the appropriate post-operative pain relief.
